Resin/Wood Care

Is the resin safe for food?

YES! I only use food safe resin for all my pieces, whether they're meant to be used for food or not. Better safe than sorry, right?

Can I put hot food on my serving/charcuterie board?

Of course! Resin is heat resistant to roughly 120ºF. So although you can place hot food on there, I wouldn't recommend placing hot pans directly on the resin as it can potentially warp/damage the resin.

Can I put my serving/charcuterie board or wood utensils in the dishwasher?

Wood items DO NOT do well in the dishwasher. In fact, washing them in the dishwasher is a surefire way to ruin them.

How do I care for my wood and resin items?

Using sharp implements on resin will damage the finish. It's best not to use your boards for cutting.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp (not wet) cloth to remove any food residue. Wipe resin areas down with a soft cloth dampened with white vinegar to bring back the shine. If the wood becomes fuzzy over time, lightly sand it with fine sandpaper (400 grit) and seal with FFS Wood Conditioner, food safe mineral oil, cutting board oil, or even refined coconut oil.

How long will it take to receive my item?

I send out orders for in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Total shipping time varies depending on method chosen at checkout. You can always track your package once it has been shipped. You'll receive an email with all the necessary information.

Special Orders

Can I order something I saw on your Instagram or Facebook page but isn't on your website?

Sure! Just message me on any of my platforms. I'd be happy to work with you on a special project.

Can I personalize items?

In most cases, YES! I can laser engrave almost anything. Just message me and we can work out the details .

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final on special orders or personalized items.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on preauthorized items returned in their original condition. You MUST contact me prior to shipping any item back or you will violate the return policy.

Shipping is your responsibility and will not be included in refund/exchange.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once they have been shipped. In such a case, please file a claim with the shipping service you selected.
